This course is ideal for all managers, supervisors, team leaders and other personnel who are involved in managing difficult conversations and challenging situations.
Opening up difficult conversations and dealing with them effectively can be very challenging, time-consuming and energy-sapping. The course will teach the skills and techniques to deal effectively with problem behaviour in a direct but non-confrontational manner. The focus will be on identifying and managing specific behaviours in order to build productive relationships and boost performance.
