Everyone was very positive about the content covered during the day and also the manner in which it was delivered. The trainer was able to make the day fun whilst keeping everyone focused on the task in hand. The conflict training enabled staff to share and reflect on some of the issues they face every day in their roles and also helped them to build strategies to deal with the situations they face.
