The trainer was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and he brought a lovely energy to the whole day! There's definitely been a change in how staff approach situations in the venue. They have all the tools to aid them, now they just need to get used to using them. For the most part everyone seems a lot more confident in their ability to handle difficult individuals and diffuse any hostility! I'd recommend The Conflict Training Company in a heartbeat, and I hope we can organise another day for the staff that couldn't make it soon!
