We had 110 front of House staff members trained over various days. The feedback has been consistently very good, with the trainer getting very high marks and recognition for making the session engaging and very relevant to their specific roles and situations.  This has helped our Front of House staff get some tools and confidence to deal with various challenges they may face. No doubt there will be need for more – in the new season, to make sure any new staff members get the same support. Thank you all.
