Conflict Management and Resolution Course

My first conflict management and resolution training and I have really enjoyed it. Well presented, easy to follow notes (both by reading and listening) and thought provoking videos (well acted).

I loved that it.. - is evidence-based - is based on psychology, CBT, & non-violent communication - has *simple practical strategies* for de-escalating conflict and resolving problems in a respectful way through listening, understanding and collaboration I will use the lessons daily in my work (& home!) life, thank you

A very clear and informative course, the voiceover was very useful to listen too as well as read the information. Also provided good and clear examples via video. Some really useful information to take in and apply to life and work.
